Tanya Burr lip gloss.....

On a a recent trip to Superdrug I brought a lip gloss from the Tanya Burr range in the shade my heart skips a beat and it was £6.99......
Tanya Burr if you didn't know already is a beauty guru on you tube and a make up artist. I've been watching her videos since the start, she is beautiful and seems like a very genuine person. She released her beauty range a while ago and everyone went crazy for it but my local Superdrug didn't have it in store......but now they do yippee!!!!

I only picked up one lip gloss from the range to start with as I usually prefer to wear lipstick but saying that I have found myself wearing this every day since I purchased it. I must confess that I absolutely love it!!! The lip gloss is very pigmented and lasted a decent amount of time on my lips, I'm also loving the non sticky texture of it and how glossy it is.....

I'm going to be purchasing all the lip glosses from this range as they are all beautiful wearable colours and I'm also loving how glossy lips look on me right now.

New hair dye by Schwarzkopf review....

So on a recent trip to my local supermarket I wondered down the hair dye isle as I was in desperate need of covering up my ghastly roots and that's when I spotted this new hair dye on offer for £4 so thought I'd give it a go.........
The hair dye is Schwarzkopf color mask I picked mine up in the shade 100 black. I usually use a foam hair dye so the idea of a mask intrigued me. The hair dye itself was like a pot of thick intensive conditioner it was so easy to apply and I didn't make a mess everywhere when doing so. The colour took 30 mins to develop and didn't smell that bad compared to some hair dyes I've used in the past.

The hair dye covered well and gave me a nice dark black colour which hasn't faded after washing like most dyes do. This is now going to be my go to hair dye when I need to cover my roots again.....

I would highly recommend this type of hair dye if you struggle with other types and find that you get more dye on your skin and floor then on your hair ha ha!

Mommy Monday: Quick Baby update

Hey all! So this is just a quick update today. My little boy was weighed and measured at the end of last week and he is now weighing 9 pound 4 ounces and is 54 cm long......

Kennedy is still suffering with colic unfortunately. On a really good night I get about 5/6 hours sleep on a not so good night I'm lucky to get an hour or two but he's worth the lack of sleep. When his colic really plays up I find swaddling him helps as baby's with colic crave warmth and comfort, also 3D movement like walking around the house (not just rocking back and forth) makes the baby feel like there back in the womb. I also find it helps when he's sleeping slightly raised rather then flat. I'm going to try him on gripe water at the end of this week as he'll be a month old and several people have recommended it to me.

Too Faced chocolate bar review....

I received the Too Faced chocolate bar eye shadow palette as a birthday gift in June and I've used it nearly everyday since I LOVE IT and I'm going to tell you all why......
First of all it comes beautifully packaged in a metal chocolate bar designed tin with a decent sized mirror inside so this is a good palette to take travelling with you. The eye shadows themselves smell amazing just like cocoa powder. They are very pigmented, apply smoothly, blend easily and last all day even without a base. This palette has a bit of everything you need in it shimmers, mattes, glitters all in neutral everyday shades and shades that could be used to amp up a look for a night time smokey eye.

Here's a few pictures of me wearing eyeshadow's from this palette....

Mommy Monday: 19 days old today!

Hey all welcome back to Mommy Monday! so my baby boy is 19 days old today and weighing in at a hefty 8 pound 15 ounces. Everybody loves him and have been won over by his cute face (I'm biased though ha). The only down side to this bundle of cuteness is that he is suffering from colic so hes very clingy and cry's a lot especially of an evening and night time so I'm not getting much sleep. I'm using infacol to help with his colic and also put him on Aptmil comfort milk which has helped a little, I've been told that colic can last months and that they just grow out of it. My other two boys never had colic so I had no idea what it was like and I genuinely feel sorry for other mothers who's baby's are suffering from colic too.....

Here's a few pictures of the past week with baby Kennedy!

WARNING HORRIBLE PICTURES OF A SAGGY BELLY COMING UP!

So I'm going to keep it real with you guys after you have your beautiful baby you are left with a saggy stretched out tummy, you have painful after pains which is your uterus and everything else contracting and moving back in to place...... With the blood loss and bad pains there's not much exercising that you can do or feel like doing and they say its best to wait till after your six weeks check......

So this is my gross saggy belly 2 days after giving birth.....

Here's my tummy 8 days after giving birth....

As you can see from the pictures my tummy has gone down quite a bit but still needs some more work. Ive been eating healthily and going for a walk most days and also running round after 3 kids. I also lye on my tummy when I go to sleep which I thinks helps as well.

Thanks for reading xx

17 Stay time foundation review....

Hey guys, just wanted to share with you my new found love! Its the seventeen stay time foundation from boots and costs £6.49. With this foundation being so cheap I was very sceptical on how it would preform but I can honestly say that I'm blown away. It's full coverage and I have found myself on most days not even reaching for my concealer as this product covers any imperfections and blueness under my eyes amazingly on its own. This foundation easily lasts all day without any touch ups on my combination skin and hasn't broke me out (I suffer with very sensitive skin)....

Being extremely pale I often find it hard to get a foundation light enough to match me but the shade porcelain is a perfect match for me and it doesn't oxidise on my skin either. This foundation has a thick consistency and a little goes a long way, I apply this with a damp Pixi Woo miracle sponge or my fingers that way it gives me more of a skin like finish rather then a mask.
I absolutely love this foundation and with it having 25 SPF its great to wear in this sunny weather we've been having lately. I've been using this everyday for a month now and will be repurchasing this foundation as a permanent staple in my collection.
