I'm really enjoying eating healthier these days but I'm not dieting I'm just eating smaller portions and trying healthy alternatives where I can but I'm not restricting my self if I fancy a cake I'll have one as life is to short to be worrying about what your eating all the time. I'm also staying active with the school runs and taking baby Kennedy for long walks in his pram which we both benefit from....
I love having yogurt with some granola and fruit for breakfast. I also try to drink a cup of green tea every morning as its full of goodness and is supposed to help you lose weight....
My tea last night was this yummy avocado and egg salad with a nice glass of wine, this was my first time eating avocado and I found it to be quite tasteless and of a slimy soft texture, I need to find different ways on how to use avocado as it is really good for you and I've got a few left to use up any ideas??.....
I've change my usual cows milk for almond milk instead as its better for you....
I've also started taking these supplements today as a trial and will let you know if they work after I've taken the full course....
My little treat I take to bed of a night time is this wispa gold hot chocolate it tastes amazing!!
Having three kids is hard work I must admit, there's always one playing up there never all good at the same time but hey that's kids for you they don't come with a mute or pause button unfortunately ha ha!! So over the past 6/7 weeks I've learnt to enjoy the quiet moments when i get them by treating my self to a relaxing bath, a nice drink, putting a nice candle on, reading a book etc.....
